I have a screaming video game VO script I need to get done (a lot of reactions, emoting) and I’m having issues with clippingor at least the potential to clip. You’re not hearing distortion, but Clip Fix may improve the overall sound. The compressor can be switched between Peak or RMS modes and has a full set. When I tried Clip Fix once or twice, it made the waveform look better but didn’t really fix the audible distortion.
I believe it’s one of the optional LADSPA plug-ins.
